INGREDIENTS
5 oz Beef Sirloin Steak
100 grams Baby Potatoes
0.5 tbsp Unsalted Butter
1 clove Minced Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley & Thyme)
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 400°F for the baby potatoes.
Toss the baby potatoes with a pinch of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil. Spread them on a baking tray and roast in the oven for about 25-30 minutes until golden and tender.
While the potatoes are roasting, season the steak lightly with salt and pepper.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, sear the steak for about 3-4 minutes on each side or until desired doneness is achieved.
In the same skillet, lower the heat and add the unsalted butter, minced garlic, and fresh herbs. Allow the butter to melt and infuse with the garlic and herbs, then spoon the herb-garlic butter over the steak.
Remove the steak from the skillet and let it rest for a couple of minutes. Serve immediately with the roasted baby potatoes.
