Flip the salmon and cook for an additional 3-4 minutes until the salmon reaches your desired doneness.
While the salmon cooks, toss the chopped broccoli with a sprinkle of salt, pepper, and a light drizzle of olive oil.
Spread the broccoli on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 10-12 minutes, stirring halfway through, until tender and slightly charred.
Plate the salmon alongside the roasted broccoli and serve immediately.
