1/2 cup cooked Brown Rice
1/2 cup diced Red Bell Pepper
1 tbsp Lemon Juice
1 tbsp Orange Juice
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Extra Virgin Olive Oil
PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add the extra virgin olive oil.
Lightly season the salmon fillet with salt and pepper. In a small bowl, combine lemon juice and orange juice to prepare the citrus glaze.

In the same skillet, add minced garlic and diced red bell pepper. Sauté for about 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
Add the shrimp and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until they turn pink and opaque. Combine any remaining citrus glaze with the shrimp.
Warm the cooked brown rice if needed and spread it on a serving plate.
