If not using pre-cooked quinoa, cook quinoa according to package instructions. Otherwise, warm the cooked quinoa gently.
In a small bowl, combine the quinoa with lemon juice, olive oil, chopped parsley, and dill. Toss to evenly coat.
Plate the seared salmon, add the steamed broccoli, and top with the lemon-herb quinoa. Serve immediately.
