0.5 cup Reduced Fat Cheddar Cheese, shredded (56g)
0.5 cup Non-Fat Greek Yogurt (120g)
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Steam the cauliflower until tender (about 5-7 minutes) and then mash lightly for a chunky texture.
Cook the whole wheat pasta according to package instructions until al dente, then drain.
