Cumin, Garlic Powder, Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Rinse and drain the black beans. In a large bowl, lightly mash the black beans with a fork, leaving some texture.
Stir in the cooked quinoa, rolled oats, and diced red bell pepper.
Beat the eggs in a small bowl and add them to the mixture along with cumin, garlic powder, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.
