PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper. 
- In a mixing bowl, combine the lean ground turkey, egg white, breadcrumbs, and seasonings (salt, pepper, and garlic powder). Mix gently until just combined to avoid toughening the meat. 
- Divide the mixture into two equal patties. Create a small indentation in the center of each patty using your thumb.
