1 cup Broccoli
1 cup Cauliflower

PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with a pinch of salt and black pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the salmon with the skin side down. Sear for about 3-4 minutes until a golden crust forms.
Carefully flip the salmon and sear the other side for an additional 3-4 minutes until cooked through. Remove from the pan and set aside to rest.
