1 tbsp Low-Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Sriracha
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess moisture and cut into small cubes.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the minced garlic and sauté briefly until fragrant.
Crumble the tofu into the pan and stir-fry until it begins to turn golden and slightly crispy.
