2 Large Eggs
80g Kimchi

Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Press the tofu between paper towels to remove excess moisture, then cut into small cubes.
Heat the sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat. Add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing until fragrant.
Add tofu cubes to the skillet and stir-fry until they begin to crisp up and turn golden on the edges.
