INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon Fillet
1 tbsp Low Sodium Soy Sauce
1 tsp Honey
1 tsp Fresh Ginger, grated
1 Garlic Clove, minced
1/2 cup Steamed Broccoli
1/2 cup Brown Rice, cooked
1 tsp Sesame Seeds
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a small bowl, mix the low sodium soy sauce, honey, grated ginger, and minced garlic to form the teriyaki glaze.
Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet and brush generously with the glaze, reserving a little for finishing.
Bake the salmon for about 12-15 minutes until cooked through and flaky.
While the salmon is baking, steam the broccoli until tender and warm the cooked brown rice.
Once the salmon is done, drizzle it with any remaining glaze and sprinkle sesame seeds on top.
Plate the salmon alongside the steamed broccoli and brown rice, and serve immediately.
