1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
- Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
- Cut the baby potatoes in halves or quarters depending on their size. In a separate bowl, toss the potatoes with a small drizzle of olive oil (if desired), dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
- Arrange the chicken wings and seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning the wings and potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the wings are crispy and the potatoes are tender and golden.
- Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot.
