INGREDIENTS
4 pieces Chicken Wings (approx. 120g)
150g Baby Potatoes
1 tsp Olive Oil
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Dried Rosemary
1/4 tsp Dried Thyme
1/2 tsp Salt
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
1/4 tsp Paprika
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
Pat the chicken wings dry with a paper towel. In a bowl, toss the wings with olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, salt, and black pepper until well coated.
Cut the baby potatoes in halves or quarters depending on their size. In a separate bowl, toss the potatoes with a small drizzle of olive oil (if desired), dried rosemary, dried thyme, salt, and pepper.
Arrange the chicken wings and seasoned potatoes in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Roast in the preheated oven for 30-35 minutes, turning the wings and potatoes halfway through to ensure even cooking, until the wings are crispy and the potatoes are tender and golden.
Remove from the oven and serve immediately while hot.
