PREPARATION
- Press the tofu gently with paper towels to remove excess liquid and crumble it into bite-sized pieces. 
- Heat olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add chopped red onion. Sauté until softened, about 2-3 minutes. 
- Add the crumbled tofu to the skillet. Sprinkle with turmeric powder, salt, and black pepper. Stir well to evenly coat the tofu with the spices.
