INGREDIENTS
7 ounces Grass-Fed Ground Beef
1 cup Broccoli Florets
1 medium Baby Potato
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 clove Garlic
2 sprigs Fresh Rosemary
2 sprigs Fresh Thyme
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- Wash the baby potato, cut it into small cubes, and place in a mixing bowl. Drizzle with olive oil, season with a pinch of salt and pepper, and toss to coat.
- Spread the potato cubes evenly on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for around 20-25 minutes or until they turn crispy on the outside and tender inside.
- While the potatoes roast, chop the broccoli florets if necessary. Lightly toss in a bit of salt, pepper, and a drizzle of olive oil.
- Place the broccoli on a separate baking sheet or combine with the potatoes during the last 10-12 minutes of roasting.
- In a skillet set over medium heat, add the ground beef. Mince the garlic and add it to the pan along with finely chopped rosemary and thyme. Season the beef with salt and black pepper.
- Cook the ground beef, breaking it apart with a spatula, until it is browned and cooked through, about 6-8 minutes.
- Once the vegetables are roasted and the beef is cooked, plate the beef as a base and top with the crispy potatoes and roasted broccoli.
- Serve warm and enjoy your balanced meal of herb-seasoned ground beef with roasted broccoli and crispy potatoes.
