INGREDIENTS
6 oz Lean Ground Beef (170g)
1 medium Potato (150g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (4.5g)
2 Garlic Cloves
2 Sprigs Fresh Rosemary
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 425°F.
- In a bowl, combine the lean ground beef with a pinch of salt, pepper, and one crushed garlic clove. Form the mixture into one or two patties, depending on your serving preference.
- Place the beef patties on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- Wash the potato thoroughly and cut it into evenly sized cubes or wedges. Toss the potato pieces in a bowl with olive oil, the remaining crushed garlic, chopped fresh rosemary, salt, and pepper.
- Spread the seasoned potatoes on a separate baking sheet in a single layer.
- Place both the beef patties and potatoes in the preheated oven. Bake the beef patties for about 15-18 minutes (depending on thickness) until cooked through, and roast the potatoes for 25-30 minutes until crispy on the outside and tender inside. Flip the potatoes halfway through the cooking time for even crispiness.
- Remove both the beef patties and potatoes from the oven. Let the patties rest for a few minutes before serving alongside the crispy garlic herb potatoes.
