1 whole Lemon
1 tbsp Fresh Dill
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme
Salt and Black Pepper, to taste
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). 
- Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Arrange the asparagus spears on one side. Drizzle with olive oil, sprinkle with salt and pepper, and toss to coat evenly. 
- Place the salmon fillet on the baking sheet. Zest the lemon over the salmon, then squeeze lemon juice over the fish. 
- Sprinkle fresh dill and thyme over the salmon, then season with salt and pepper.
