1 tablespoon Maple Syrup
PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and prepare a donut pan by lightly spraying it with non-stick cooking spray. 
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the pumpkin puree, egg, almond milk, and maple syrup until well combined. 
- Sift in the oat flour, protein powder, baking powder, and pumpkin pie spice. Stir gently until the batter is smooth and without lumps, being careful not to overmix.
