1 cup Steamed Asparagus
1 cup Cauliflower (mashed)

1 tsp Olive Oil
Pinch of Salt
Pinch of Black Pepper
PREPARATION
- Pat the salmon fillet dry with a paper towel and season with a pinch of salt and black pepper. 
- Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and lightly oil it. Once hot, place the salmon skin-side down (if applicable) and sear for about 4 minutes on each side until a golden crust forms and the salmon is cooked to your desired doneness. 
- While the salmon cooks, steam the asparagus until tender, about 4-5 minutes.
