PREPARATION
- Dice the potatoes into small cubes and set aside. 
- Heat 1 teaspoon of olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and sauté until they start to become tender and lightly golden, about 6-8 minutes. 
- While the potatoes cook, slice the turkey sausage into rounds.
