100 g Asparagus Spears
150 g Cauliflower

PREPARATION

- For the cauliflower mash, cut 150 grams of cauliflower into florets. Boil or steam the cauliflower until soft (around 8-10 minutes). Drain and mash the cauliflower with 1 tablespoon of extra virgin olive oil; season with salt and pepper. 
- Plate the seared salmon atop a generous serving of cauliflower mash, and arrange the steamed asparagus on the side. Serve immediately and enjoy your balanced dinner.
