PREPARATION
- Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and lightly grease a small baking dish or ramekin. 
- In a large mixing bowl, combine 1/2 cup rolled oats, 1 tablespoon cocoa powder, and the packet of stevia. 
- Add in 3 egg whites, 1 scoop of vanilla whey protein powder, and 1/4 cup Greek yogurt. Mix until well incorporated. 
- Stir in 1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk and the mashed 1/2 medium banana for natural sweetness and moisture.
