INGREDIENTS
350 grams Firm Tofu
1 cup Broccoli (91g)
1 medium Red Bell Pepper (119g)
0.5 cup Snap Peas (50g)
1 medium Carrot (61g)
1 teaspoon Sesame Oil
1 tablespoon Soy Sauce
1 teaspoon Fresh Ginger
1 clove Garlic
2 sprigs Green Onion
PREPARATION
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess moisture, then cut it into bite-sized cubes.
Heat sesame oil in a large skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu cubes to the skillet and fry until they achieve a light golden, crispy exterior, about 5-7 minutes.
Stir in minced garlic and grated fresh ginger, cooking for about 30 seconds until fragrant.
Add chopped broccoli, sliced red bell pepper, snap peas, and carrot slices. Stir-fry the vegetables with the tofu for 4-5 minutes until they become tender but still crisp.
Pour in soy sauce and toss to combine all the flavors evenly.
Remove from heat and garnish with chopped green onions before serving.
