1 clove Garlic
1 tbsp Fresh Thyme

PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C).
In a small bowl, whisk together the juice of one lemon, minced garlic, chopped fresh thyme, salt, and pepper with half of the olive oil.
Place the chicken breast in a shallow dish and pour half of the lemon herb mixture over it. Let it marinate for about 15 minutes while you prepare the asparagus.
Wash and trim the asparagus spears. Toss the asparagus with the remaining olive oil, a squeeze of lemon juice, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
