For the garlic mashed cauliflower, steam the cauliflower florets until tender, approximately 8-10 minutes.
In a small saucepan, melt the butter and lightly sauté the minced garlic until fragrant, about 1 minute.
Transfer the steamed cauliflower to a bowl, add the garlic butter, and mash until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the seared salmon alongside the roasted broccoli and a generous serving of garlic mashed cauliflower. Serve warm and enjoy!
