0.25 cup Julienned Carrots
0.25 cup Red Bell Pepper Slices
2 tbsp Hummus
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Smoked Paprika
1 tsp Garlic Powder
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F. Rinse and drain chickpeas, then pat dry with a paper towel.
In a bowl, toss the chickpeas with olive oil, smoked paprika, and garlic powder. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast for 20-25 minutes until crispy, shaking the tray midway.
