1/3 medium Avocado
1 oz Crumbled Feta Cheese

PREPARATION
Bring a small pot of water to a gentle simmer. Carefully lower the eggs into the water and simmer for about 6-7 minutes for jammy yolks.
While the eggs are cooking, toast the whole grain bread until golden and crisp.
