1 slice whole grain bread
1/4 avocado

PREPARATION
Spray a non-stick skillet with olive oil and heat over medium heat.
Add diced onions and red bell peppers to the pan; sauté for 2 minutes until they start to soften.
Add the fresh spinach and stir until wilted, about 1 minute.
