INGREDIENTS
6 oz Lean Ground Beef
2 tbsp Buffalo Wing Sauce
1 oz Blue Cheese Crumbles
1/2 cup Mixed Bell Peppers
1/2 cup Zucchini
1/4 cup Red Onion
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
In a bowl, gently mix the lean ground beef with salt and pepper. Form the meat into a patty ensuring it’s evenly shaped.
Heat a grill pan or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the beef patty for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium doneness, adjusting cooking time as needed.
While the burger cooks, prepare the vegetables. Toss the mixed bell peppers, zucchini, and red onion with olive oil, salt, and pepper on a baking sheet.
Roast the vegetables in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes until they are tender and slightly caramelized.
Once the beef patty is nearly finished, brush one side of the patty with buffalo wing sauce. Flip the burger and cook for an additional minute.
Plate the burger and top it with blue cheese crumbles, allowing the residual heat to slightly melt the cheese.
Serve the burger alongside the warm roasted vegetables. Drizzle extra buffalo sauce over the vegetables if desired.
