3 Egg Whites
1 Whole Egg
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Parsley and Thyme)
PREPARATION
Dice the sweet potato into small cubes. Rinse and dice the red bell pepper and quarter the yellow onion into bite-sized pieces.
Slice the turkey sausage into rounds.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add olive oil.
Sauté the diced onion and bell pepper for 2-3 minutes until they begin to soften.
