3 pieces Chicken Wings (approx. 150g)
100g Sweet Potato
1/2 cup (100g) Green Beans
1 teaspoon Olive Oil
1 teaspoon BBQ Spice Mix
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
In a bowl, toss the chicken wings with the BBQ spice mix, chili powder, garlic powder, salt, and pepper until well coated.
Arrange the wings on one side of the baking sheet. Bake for about 25-30 minutes, flipping halfway through for even crisping.
Meanwhile, peel and cut the sweet potato into cubes. Toss with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the sweet potato cubes on the other side of the baking sheet. Roast for 20-25 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
Trim the green beans and lightly season with salt and pepper. In the last 10 minutes of baking, add them to the baking sheet so they roast along with the sweet potatoes.
