6 oz Salmon Fillet
100 g Asparagus
1 tsp Olive Oil
2 cloves Garlic
1/2 Lemon
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon fillet dry and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Place the salmon skin-side down in the hot skillet and cook for about 4-5 minutes until the skin is crispy. Flip the salmon and cook the other side for another 3-4 minutes until it reaches your desired doneness.
