PREPARATION
Press the tofu for at least 15 minutes to remove excess water, then cut it into 1-inch cubes.
Heat the sesame oil in a large non-stick skillet or wok over medium-high heat.
Add the tofu cubes and cook until golden and slightly crispy on all sides, about 6-8 minutes. Remove tofu and set aside.
In the same skillet, add minced garlic and grated ginger, sautéing for 30 seconds until fragrant.
