1 cup Cherry Tomatoes (150g)
2 tbsp Lemon Juice
4 tbsp Fresh Parsley
2 tsp Olive Oil
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Press the tofu to remove excess water, then cut into 1-inch cubes.
