2.8 oz Shrimp
0.75 cup French Peas
1.5 cups Mashed Cauliflower
1 tbsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Unsalted Butter
1 clove Garlic

PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry and season with salt and pepper.
Heat half of the olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Sear the chicken breast for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden and fully cooked. Remove and let rest.
