Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and lightly brown the lean ground beef until it’s mostly cooked. Drain excess fat if necessary.
Add the chopped onion, diced bell pepper, and minced garlic to the skillet and sauté for 3-4 minutes until softened.
Transfer the beef and vegetables to the slow cooker. Add the kidney beans, black beans, and diced tomatoes.
