6 oz Chicken Breast
1 medium Russet Potato
1 tsp Unsalted Butter
2 cloves Garlic
Approximately 80g Asparagus
1/2 tbsp Olive Oil

PREPARATION
Season the chicken breast with salt and pepper on both sides.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast and sear for 5-6 minutes on each side until fully cooked and golden brown.
While the chicken cooks, peel and cube the russet potato. Place the cubes in a pot of salted water and simmer until tender, about 10-12 minutes.
