INGREDIENTS
6 oz Salmon Fillet (170g)
2 cups Romaine Lettuce (94g)
1 cup Cabbage (89g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (4.5g)
1 Lemon wedge
Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) and line a baking sheet with foil.
Pat dry the salmon fillet and season both sides with salt and pepper.
Lightly drizzle or spray olive oil on the salmon to promote crispiness during baking.
Place the seasoned salmon on the prepared baking sheet and bake for 12-15 minutes until the skin is crispy and the fish is cooked through.
While the salmon bakes, roughly chop the romaine lettuce and prepare the cabbage by cutting it into shreds.
Steam the cabbage for about 5 minutes until it becomes tender but still maintains a slight crunch.
Arrange the romaine lettuce and steamed cabbage on a plate. Once the salmon is ready, place it atop the salad.
Finish by squeezing a lemon wedge over the salmon and salad. Serve immediately.
