1 cup Canned Chickpeas (164g, drained)
1 tablespoon Olive Oil (14g)

1/2 cup Nonfat Greek Yogurt (125g)
1 teaspoon Garlic Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
1 tablespoon Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Cut the cauliflower into bite-sized florets and drain and rinse the chickpeas.
In a large bowl, toss the cauliflower florets with half the olive oil, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Spread the cauliflower on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20 minutes until they begin to turn golden.
