1 cup Broccoli, chopped

Salt and Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).
In a large mixing bowl, combine the drained white beans, chopped broccoli, sliced zucchini, and diced red bell pepper.
Season the vegetable and bean mixture with dried oregano, salt, and pepper. Toss gently to evenly coat all the ingredients.
