2 tbsp Almond Flour
1 large Egg
1/2 Orange (juice and zest)
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Baking Powder
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking tray with parchment paper.
In a shallow bowl, whisk the egg along with the juice and zest from half an orange.
In another bowl, combine the almond flour, garlic powder, baking powder, salt, and pepper.
Dip the chicken breast into the egg mixture, ensuring it’s well coated, then dredge thoroughly in the almond flour mixture.
