INGREDIENTS
7.5 oz Salmon Fillet (approx. 213g)
1 cup chopped Green Beans (approx. 125g)
1 cup Cauliflower florets (approx. 107g)
2 cloves Garlic
1 tsp Olive Oil
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the salmon dry with a paper towel and season both sides generously with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Place the salmon skin side down (if applicable) and sear for about 3-4 minutes or until a golden crust forms. Flip and cook for another 3-4 minutes until the salmon is just cooked through.
While the salmon is cooking, steam the green beans until tender-crisp, about 4-5 minutes.
For the cauliflower mash, steam the cauliflower florets along with garlic cloves until very tender, about 8-10 minutes. Transfer them to a bowl and mash with a fork or immersion blender until smooth. Season with salt and pepper to taste.
Plate the seared salmon alongside the garlic green beans and a serving of cauliflower mash. Serve immediately.
