2 tbsp Red Onion, finely chopped
2 cloves Garlic, minced
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 tsp Cumin
Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 375°F.
Slice the top off the bell pepper and remove seeds, keeping the pepper whole as a vessel.
