PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C) and line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Place the salmon fillet on one side of the baking sheet. Drizzle half of the olive oil over the salmon.
In a small bowl, combine the juice of half a lemon, minced garlic, dried herbs, salt, and pepper. Brush this mixture evenly over the salmon.
