INGREDIENTS
5 oz Mussels (142g)
2 Hard-Boiled Eggs

1 Garlic Clove
1 Tbsp Lemon Juice
PREPARATION
Clean mussels by scrubbing and debearding under cold water.
In a steamer pot, add a little water, garlic, and lemon juice. Bring to a simmer.
Add the mussels, cover, and steam for about 5-7 minutes or until the mussels have opened. Discard any unopened mussels.
While the mussels steam, peel and halve the hard-boiled eggs.
In a serving bowl, combine the steamed mussels with chopped fresh parsley and dill.
Gently fold in the halved eggs, drizzle with a bit more lemon juice if desired, and season lightly with salt and pepper.
Serve immediately for a satisfying, well-balanced meal.
