INGREDIENTS
6 oz Sirloin Steak
100g Baby Potatoes
1 tsp Olive Oil
1 cup Green Beans
2 cloves Garlic
2 tbsp Fresh Herbs (Rosemary & Thyme)
Salt & Black Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 400°F.
Wash the baby potatoes and cut them into halves if they are large. Toss them with olive oil, salt, and pepper.
Spread the potatoes on a baking sheet and roast in the oven for about 20-25 minutes until crispy and tender, stirring halfway through.
While the potatoes roast, season the 6 oz sirloin steak generously with salt, pepper, and chopped fresh herbs.
Heat a skillet over medium-high heat. Add a drizzle of olive oil. Once hot, add the steak and sear each side for about 3-4 minutes for medium-rare (adjust to your desired doneness).
During the last minute of cooking, add minced garlic to the skillet to infuse flavor into the steak.
In a separate pot, lightly steam or sauté the green beans until just tender, about 3-4 minutes, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Plate the steak, roasted potatoes, and green beans together and serve immediately.
