PREPARATION
Preheat your oven to 425°F.
Prepare the cauliflower crust by processing 1 cup of raw cauliflower in a food processor until rice-like. Transfer the cauliflower to a microwave-safe bowl and microwave for 4-5 minutes until soft. Let it cool and then squeeze out excess moisture using a clean towel.
