PREPARATION
Thinly slice the lean steak against the grain and season with salt and pepper.
Heat a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat and add the olive oil.
Sauté the sliced steak for about 3-4 minutes per side or until cooked to your desired doneness. Remove from pan and set aside.
In the same skillet, add sliced bell pepper and onion; sauté for 3-4 minutes until tender and slightly caramelized.
