Garlic Butter Pan-Seared Shrimp with Zucchini Noodles
Savor tender, juicy shrimp pan-seared in a rich garlic butter sauce, served atop a bed of fresh, spiralized zucchini noodles. This dish balances the bold flavors of garlic and butter with the light, refreshing crunch of zucchini, making it a perfect meal for any time of the day.
INGREDIENTS
6 oz Shrimp (170 g)
1 medium Zucchini (196 g)
1 tbsp Butter (14 g)
2 cloves Garlic (6 g)
1 tsp Olive Oil (5 g)
1 tbsp Lemon Juice (15 g)
PREPARATION
Rinse the shrimp and pat dry. Peel and devein them if necessary.
Using a spiralizer or a vegetable peeler, create zucchini noodles from the zucchini and set aside.
Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant, about 30 seconds.
Add the shrimp to the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes per side until they turn pink and are just cooked through.
Reduce heat to low and add the butter to the skillet. Stir the shrimp to coat them in the melting butter and garlic.
Squeeze in the lemon juice and toss everything together. Remove from heat.
Plate the zucchini noodles and top with the garlic butter shrimp. Serve immediately.
