1 medium Zucchini (196g)

Salt & Pepper to taste
PREPARATION
Pat the chicken breast dry and season both sides with salt, pepper, fresh rosemary, and thyme.
Heat half of the olive oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-high heat. Once hot, add the chicken breast and sear for 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown and cooked through. Remove and let rest.
