PREPARATION
Preheat a non-stick skillet over medium heat and add 1 teaspoon of olive oil.
Add the turkey sausage link to the skillet. Slice it into rounds and cook until lightly browned all over, about 4-5 minutes. Remove from skillet and set aside.
